Our Club strives to be as accessible as possible.

General Gymnastics sessions are for all gymnasts age 4+, ideal for beginners or improvers.

Monday  4.30 - 5.15 Pre- school

                  5.30 - 6.30 4, 5 and 6 years old only                          e-mail for availability.

Tuesday 5.00 - 6.00 New class for 4 year olds only.

                  8.00 - 9.00 Adults and over 15's FULL

Thursday 10.00 - 10.45  Pre-school parent and child class         

                                      Our pre-school classes all cost £6.00 per session 

                                       Pre-school BG membership required  (£15.00)

                                             gymnasts must                         { fetes and festivals at which the Club
                                             attend a general class            { performs throughout the year, and
                                              as well.                                         { BG Gymfusion Festivals.            

            Development and Competition Squads are at other times of the week

            General Gymnastics  sessions are at present £6.00 per hour, except display squad                                                                                                  which   is £5.00.

           There are no sessions on Fridays (maintainance) and Sundays, which is reserved for displays and competitions.

All gymnasts must become Gymnast Members of British Gymnastics which then provides the necessary insurance.(currently £22.00pa) The £22.00 payment for BG, is paid online, the Club Admin fee of £15.00 and is paid to the Club. 

General Gymnastics is open to everyone and the gymnasts work towards British Gymnastics Awardsunder the supervision of fully qualified British Gymnastics Coaches. Work is also done towards the many displays performed throughout the area during the summer months at Fetes and Galas.

Development and Intermediate Squads are selected from the General Classes on ability and progress and train alongside, but separate from the Competition Squad.

Competition Squad is promoted from the  Development Squad and trains intensively, taking part in Regional, National and International competitions.
